- A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges from the initial purchase will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Steps for exchanges:
- Visit our website and place a new order for the desired item.
- Choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method and write "Exchange" along with your first name in the order notes.
- Pack your original item in its original condition and packaging, clearly labeling the package with "Exchange."
- Swap your item with our delivery partner during the new delivery.
Note: You will only be charged for the delivery fee of the new item.
Non-Returnable Items
