• Choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method and write "Exchange" along with your first name in the order notes.
• Pack your original item in its original condition and packaging, clearly labeling the package with "Exchange."
• Swap your item with our delivery partner during the new delivery.

Note: You will only be charged for the delivery fee of the new item.
